I used the yellow Lipodrene pills. I lost 12 lbs the first 3 weeks and hit a plateau on the 4th week. It curbed my appetite the first 4 weeks but after that it stopped supressing my appetite. I changed my regime a little bit and began losing weight again, so it's still working in that respect. It never gave me that insane energy that everyone talks about but I stacked it with NO Xplode and felt like I could run through a wall. Absolutely insane, upped my deadlift from 365lbs to 405lbs. Stoked on this product. Make sure your eating healthy and watching your calories. If you hit a plateau change up your routine a little. I went from lifting in the morning and doing cardio in the afternoon to doing cardio in the morning and lifting in the afternoon. Changing the type of lifting your doing helps too. Throw in some super sets, while alternating light and heavy lift weeks. AMPING!
